Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Kaab Technology, an eCommerce website development agency. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Project Scope

The scope of work will be clearly defined before the start of any project. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

2. Payment Terms

• All projects require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final delivery or website launch.
• Payments are non-refundable once the project has started and resources have been allocated.

3. Maintenance Policy

• We offer 30 days of free maintenance from the date of delivery. This includes bug fixes and minor adjustments.
• After 30 days, any changes, fixes, or new requirements will be billed according to our standard hourly rate or custom maintenance plan.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and other materials required to complete the project.
• Delays in delivering content or approvals may extend the overall project timeline.

5. Revisions

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Hosting & Domain

Clients are generally responsible for domain registration and hosting. However, if they choose to purchase these services through us, we will fully support and assist them with setup and configuration.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all rights to the website design, code, and assets are transferred to the client.
• We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a written NDA is signed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services, including downtime or third-party issues (e.g., hosting providers).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. You are encouraged to review them periodically.
